ZadZap is a B2B digital marketplace that connects suppliers with retailers, including supermarkets, hotels, restaurants, and cafés in Qatar. We facilitate business transactions but are not a party to the actual sale of goods between suppliers and buyers.

User Accounts

To use our platform, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

Supplier Terms

If you are a supplier using our platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate product information and pricing
• Fulfill orders in accordance with your stated terms
• Maintain appropriate business licenses and certifications
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Pay applicable platform fees as outlined in your agreement

Buyer Terms

If you are a buyer using our platform, you agree to:

• Make purchases in good faith for legitimate business purposes
• Pay for orders according to the agreed payment terms
• Provide accurate delivery and contact information
• Resolve disputes directly with suppliers when possible

Payment Terms

Payment terms are established between buyers and suppliers. ZadZap may facilitate payments but is not responsible for:

• Payment disputes between buyers and suppliers
• Failed or delayed payments
• Currency exchange rates or banking fees
• Tax obligations related to transactions

Prohibited Activities

You may not use our platform to:

• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Harass or harm other users
• Attempt to circumvent platform security measures

Limitation of Liability

ZadZap provides the platform 'as is' and disclaims all warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or transactions conducted through it.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Qatar. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the platform will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Qatar.
